1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of finnandrory.com and the purchase of pet care services provided by Finn and Rory Pet Care. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Finn and Rory Pet Care provides in-home pet care services including dog walking, pet sitting, overnight stays, drop-in visits, and full-day care. All new clients are required to complete a meet-and-greet prior to their first booking. Scheduling is confirmed after booking is received.

3. Payment Payment for services is collected in person at the time of service. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change with notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation policies may vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Pet Health & Safety By booking a service, you confirm that your pet(s) are up to date on required vaccinations and are in good health. Finn and Rory Pet Care reserves the right to refuse service to pets that pose a safety risk. In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you and may seek veterinary care at your expense.

6. Liability Finn and Rory Pet Care takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, we are not liable for illness, injury, or loss resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed health issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
